Are there file size or duration limits?
Free: up to 20 minutes. Pro: up to 1 hour (4K 5/month). Early Bird: up to 2 hours and 4K unlimited. Limits can vary by platform.
Which platforms are supported?

Is there a refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been used. If you experience technical issues that completely prevent service usage, please contact support within 7 days of purchase.
